코로나-19로 인해 2021년 2월 학위수여식은 온라인 행사로 진행하게 되었습니다.

구성원 여러분들의 건강과 안전을 위해 결정한 조치이므로 너른 양해 부탁드립니다.

※2021년 2월 박사 학위수여자 중 설문을 진행하지 않은 분들은 아래 링크에서 설문 참여 부탁드립니다.

※ 2021년 2월 학위수여자 졸업처리 일자 : 2021년 2월 16일(화)부터 학위수여증명서(졸업증명서) 출력 가능

   

2. 가운 대여 관련 안내(교내 포토존 미운영)

- 석사 가운 대여 관련 : 별첨 대여 안내문 참고[학위기 배부는 17일부터 진행됩니다.]

※석사 가운 대여 관련 사항은 총무팀에서 진행합니다. 안내문에 기재된 사항 외에 개인적인 가운 대여는 불가합니다. 관련 문의사항은 02-820-6108(총무팀 서울) 연락 바랍니다.

3. 학위기 배부센터 운영

- 운영 기간 : 2021년 2월 17일(수) ~ 2021년 2월 25일(목) 10:00 ~ 17:50 (12:00~13:00 점심시간)

(기간 이후에는 대학원지원팀 방문하여 수령)

- 장소 : 302관 105호

- 인원 분산을 위하여 가급적 아래 일정대로 수령을 부탁드립니다.

- 대리수령은 위임장과 위임인 신분증 사본, 대리인 신분증 지참하여 방문

- 마스크 착용 필수, 방문 시 체온 측정 진행

5. 참고 사항

- 증명서 발급 : 학위수여증명서는 2021년 2월 16일(화)부터 발급 가능.

- 도서관의 대출도서 미납 시 제증명 발급이 불가 함.

February 2021 Graduation Ceremony

♣ Regarding the joint graduation ceremony of February 2021, we inform as follows.

Due to the COVID-19, the graduation ceremony in February 2021 will be held as an online event. We ask for your understanding as it was decided for your health and safety.

※If you will be granted a doctorate in February 2021 but did not yet conduct a survey, please participate in the survey at the link below.

1. Schedules for the online graduation ceremony : The official graduation website will be open at 11 a.m. the 19th(Fri) of February 2021

※ Date of Feburary 2021 Graduation for Degree Recipients : From the 16th(Tue) of February 2021, you can print out your diploma (graduation certificate)

2. Guidance on gown rental(School photo zone not operated)

- Schedule for master's degrees: Please refer to the attached rental notice.

[The distribution of the academic diploma will begin on the 17th.]

- Prepare individually for Doctorate

3. Operation of distributing Certificate of Degree

- Operation period :

From the 17th (Wed) of February 2021 to the 25th(Thur) of February 2021,

10:00 to 17:50 (12:00 to 13:00 lunchtime)

(After the period, visit graduate school support department)

- Location : Building 302 Room 105

For the distribution of the number of people, please accept as below schedule.

- The substitute recipient visits with a letter of attorney, a copy of the delegate's ID card, and a substitute recipient's ID card.

- Masks must be worn, temperature measurement will be proceed during your visit.

- Certificate issued :

Certificate of Degree can be issued from the 16th(Tue) of February 2021

- If you fail to pay the loan book from the library, it is not possible to issue proof such as Certificate of Degree etc.
